I originally purchased tickets for a concert back in Nov 2019. The concert has since been postponed twice and I’ve not heard anything since the last postponement. I’d now like a refund, what do I do or who do I contact? Thanks

Because you rolled over the tickets you'd have signed up for a new concert and aggrees to the new t and c if they had cancelled you could have then asked for a refund but because you got new tickets for the event your at the mercy of the t and c and generosity of the people edit to add https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/62998355#Comment_62998355

Hi, @DLM2013! If the tickets were purchased as part of O2 Priority or similar, it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to give you advice on this. Good luck!

Sounds like you may have to cut and run @DLM2013 - sadly! Thanks, @liggerz87!
