Port a old number from Lebara and fail twice

Dear,

 

I sign contract with O2 on SAT, i port 3 pay as you go SIMs to 24 months contract.

 

I port 2 numbers to O2, one from 3 and one from Lebara

 

On tuesday, the Lebara one has no signal and i changed another SIM as well.

 

That SIM works but the phone number is totally wrong, not the one I knew.

 

I went to the shop in BANK to tell them what happen and they said I just need to be wait until today 6pm, and now the phone number is still wrong.

 

What can i do anymore?

You'll need to call customer service to check the porting files went through ok then.

I talked with them on Tuesday, they call me wait for yesterday 6pm, still nothing happen

We went O2 Kensington and staff was only help us to call CS hotline...
