Hi, I won a pizza express voucher yesterday but I’ve not received the email with my voucher yet. I’ve checked my junk emails too. How long can this take please? My husband also won and his came through straight away? Thanks

A search of the forum will find this is a big problem and you will need to contact O2.

Do you and your husband use different email. i.e. Microsoft / Google etc?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
