O2 priority tickets for odeon

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can help. I saved a priority ticket for the cinema earlier. I've gone to use this now and it says out of stock. Should I have just pressed use now rather than save?

Odeon do tell people to use the code straight away, as they have limited numbers available, per cinema, and per day.

Unfortunately the only people who might be able to help are Odeon, as its their promotion
