The app is stuck in a loop. Asks for phone number then sends a code, tries to login then starts again?

 

any ideas or know what is going on?

Do you have a vpn? If so, disconnect  and try again

And note, as this is an oldish thread, that the Priority website has been decommissioned, @KelMus - it's App or nothing as far as O2 Priority goes these days.
