O2 Priority tickets have not shown up

Hi

 

I booked two tickets for Phoebe Bridgers 9th March on O2 Priority. Ticketmaster is on my Barclaycard statement that day for 65.75 but the gig is soon and I've had nothing through since then, no confirmation.  Anyone know how to chase this up?  I've tried My Priority and Ticketmaster but hard to get anywhere.

You need to call Ticketmaster although they will say it's probably too early. .

Tickets are sent out during the week before the concert.

This is to prevent touts from buying and selling at inflated prices.
