Everytime I try to log into O2 priority, it gives me an error which says
Looks like there was an error. Please try again or come back later.
What can I do about it?

Is this on the web or the app @Jinxd1995 ?
If the app, try deleting it, restart your phone and then install it again.
If the web, try using a different browser, or delete cache and cookies, or use incognito mode.
If all of those fail, you will need to speak to customer services.
Either call 202 from an o2 phone (assuming you are a pay monthly customer) or message on social media:

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
