I claimed a Perplexity code on O2 Priority a few weeks ago. I went into the app today to use the code and it is not showing. The app is saying the voucher has been used but I did not use it and I did not receive an email with the code when I claimed it. Can you please help.

As soon as you get the code you need to use it, as it creates a link to the Perplexity service, and if you dont use it at that point you lose it.
You can try contacting o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 but there maybe nothing they can do..

Thank you. This is not made clear on the O2 Priority App. It should state that you have 2 hours or 24 hours or 48 hours to use the code 😕
