Hi, I recently upgraded my phone and today it was meant to be delivered to my great grandparents but unfortunately was not delivered because I couldn't find the code to give them, I tried logging into the account but it's trying to send me q code to log in and for some reason I've been cut off, can't use data, can't receive or send messages or calls on my old phone. I wasn't sent a code for the phone delivery on email or anything. I need help with this please
