Hi @Sp2security

You need a PAYG sim https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go

Order online or call O2 on 4445 OR social media.

Message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

@Sp2security

You need to remove it from the camera and put it in a phone.

Setup a MyO2 for it https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ which will then enable you to check the balance, top up and manage the sim without having to remove it from the camera again.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
