On that we agree @Mi-Amigo

Funnily enough and back in the day, I used to like David Copperfield....

Then it was the'same old same old' and as you say, his ego was bigger than the illusions he created.

Here`s a little something.

Its not really street magic but when I`ve tried this on people it got a reaction.

Challenge someone that your mind can work quicker than they can get use a calculator.

Ask them to give you a four-figure number, which they must put into the calculator.

Then tell them to multiply the four-figure number by 9 [nine] but not to tell you the answer.

You do nothing but concentrate.

Given them a piece of paper and a pen and tell them to add together all the digits [of the answer on the calculator] and again not to tell you the answer. And to then add together the digits of that answer, and so on until they have just one digit, and to write that down but not to tell you.

Stare at them and concentrate.

Announce that the number they have written down is 9 [nine].

Wait for their reaction.

Enjoy...

Some people see things as they are and ask "Why?"; I dream of things that never were and ask "Why not?"
