Since the Odeon voucher code promotion has moved from free movies on Mondays to Wednesday until the following Thursday I have been unable to obtain a code. I log in at 2pm and press the 'Use Now' and keep getting a system error message or even get logged out of the app on my iPhone 6s. By the time I clear the messages or re-login, the precious seconds are lost and the codes are all 'out of stock'. I don't mind getting a message saying 'Better luck next time all the codes have gone' but it's infuriating to keep getting these spurious messages that prevent any chance of obtaining one!

Hi @Derek-j, thanks for sharing the issue you're experiencing with the Priority app and thanks @pgn for the tag. The product team are aware of the issue and are looking into it. As you can imagine the Odeon offers are quite popular, which means sometimes we have a lot of people on the app trying to redeem at the same time. But rest assured it's something the team are looking into to find a way of improving.

Well it's being looked at, but the big problem is since the merger with Virgin there are vastly more people on priority and it is up to the Odeon how many codes are issued

I’m so fed up of this too. Every, single week now. I count down until the codes are released at 2pm and it doesn’t let me apply, there is definitely some kind of glitch.
