Charged for coffee

So I've just used my free coffee offer from priority and I was charged 45p for the syrup because I wanted a caramel latte 

I've just checked the terms and conditions and I thought It was free. Am I missing something or should I attempt another greggs next time

The Caramel Latte is included, so you will need to raise with Greggs (there socials are the best ones to contact) as looks like the shop have messed up 

It has nowt to do with o2, I am afraid...
