Today I entered the Blue Monday competition but before I got to the prize the site glitched out. When I attempted to do it again it said that I had already entered the competition but i have not received an email, how do I check this?

Its been glitching all day and lots of people cant even get into it, but it does say to allow 48hrs for the email to arrive, so if you dont have it by Wednesday reach out to o2 via Social Media, along with any proof..

Yes it is working but still says I have already won something but it glitched before I could claim it
