Beauty and the beast tickets

I have received a reference however no ticket confirmation for Beauty and the Beast tickets booked last year. I have contacted the venue, ticket master and seetickets however nobody aware of issued tickets. Anybody else having issues?

Was this via Priority? When is the show due to take place?

I would imagine with all the Covid restrictions still in place, this could be the reason no tickets have been issued. TicketMaster usually give out tickets for any O2 event

You could check with O2 (if the tickets were purchased via Priority.)

Yes via priority last October.
The show is September so a little while off but didn't want to get hopes up of going and no tickets. Also don't want to pay out for new tickets if ours are there.
I've tried to discuss with o2 ( via chat) but not getting many answers.

Tickets aren't usually issued until a couple of weeks before the event.
This is an attempt to stop people selling on tickets at a profit.
