How do I cancel my amazon video subscription through 02? Says on amazon video I cannot cancel through them

If you login to my o2 , scroll down to my extras and then click on manage extras.

You will be able to cancel from there.

If not you will need to call customer services on 202 or 0844 809 0202

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Go to your extras in your MyO2 and click on the + symbol which will expand the options.

One of which is to turn off auto renew.
