02 priority available dates

I was looking to buy tickets for a music event but when I’m the app it doesn’t show all the dates. The website lists the date I’m looking for as an 02 priority event but when I look it up on app it’s not there. Is this usual? As tickets are due on sale today at 10am

I would delete the app and reinstall. You may be on an old version

I have tried the website too and there is still dates missing, however when you go to the venue website it states O2 priority happening now! Which it obviously isnt

I reinstalled the app and it showed no difference. I kept loading the page throughout the day looking for the date I wanted. It eventually showed up around tea time but the tickets available were sold out at that time
