Hi,

I have a current O2 account, and wish to add an Esim. I want to keep my current physical sim and phone number, but require a 2nd phone number.

Here's my questions:

Is iphone 8 compatable with Esim? (if not, I can upgrade my phone).

What is the cost of the Esim? - Will I need to take a 2nd package for the Esim?

iPhone 8 is not eSim compatible, you will need to upgrade to a X, XR, 11 or 12.

You will also need a new sim only contract to have two numbers.

eSim is free to get once you have your new simo contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You'll need a new tariff to use with an esim as I mentioned above.

There are no esim tariffs though but you can have an esim on any tariff.
