when I try to phone France +33 809 401 401 the call just ends straight away. How can I phone France from the UK?

@Graham10 Do you have a spend cap on your account? Spend Caps on O2 - O2 Community

If you download WhatsApp and the people you're calling in France also have the app you can call them using a WiFi connection for free.

Thank you Bambino. I have raised the cap from £5 to 10 and I'll see if that works. I'm not sure if or why the £5 cap blocked calls to France as I have not made any other billable calls. Thanks again.
