Hi, 

ive been recievin texts monthly stating theyre from microsoft, charging 10.99 to my phone bill. i have been in contact with microsoft multiple times and three members from their specialist team have siad there should be no charges on my account or being added to my phone bill. i do not know what this charge is for and cant afford it. Anyone got any advice?
