Hello. Can i please get back my Total Deposit Amount Held of £475.00 please. I tried phoning you guys, but for some reason the robot can't seem to want to recognise my reason for calling 'get my deposit refunded', 'deposit return' etc. And now with the Corona Pandemic, don't want to hold the o2 phone service for too long. How can I go about it? I was expecting for the deposit to be back in my account at the end of the 3months term without me having to try and get it back.... Also, as money is tight at the moment, i need that deposit back ASAP. Thank you

Then you need to call to have it returned to your bank

@MoC The three month hold has to run the full three months. The money will be refunded in your fourth month.
