Can't login to my 02 app after waiting more than 48 hours

hi i am a new customer of Volt Bundle here, just received my o2 sim 4 days ago, but since then, I can't log in to my o2 app for some reason it told me to wait 48 hours. weirdly I can log in with the same credentials on the website, can anybody advise...

Been months and still can't access the app a window always pops up telling me I have 48 hours to wait. My data runs out in less than 3 weeks. I need to access my 02 to track data usage.

Resolved! Phone is broken, can't make calls.

My phone is broken so I can't ring O2 while I obviously need to cancel the airtime bill. I can access my O2 account through my laptop however, it seems that there is no option to cancel it through myO2?? Should I try emailing?
