If you're on the new billing system you can manage it in your MyO2.

I should be on the new billing system since I joined 6 months ago. I managed to change it once i called 202 and waited 30 min. Do not understand for the life of me why they would not add the ability to change it online.

Strangely there are still people joining today who are not on the new system.
No sense to it at all.
