It's IMPOSSIBLE. I have literally been trying for months, and the customer service phone line is no help. I want to buy a tablet but it won't let me because it's got an old address that I moved out of years ago, and there's no way to change it. I have no idea why because they're managing to take money from my card every month, which is registered to my current address!
