I reset my password and I can log in on the 02 website but not on MyO2. What should I do?

You will need to contact O2.

If you can log into MyO2 on the website but not on the app, it might be worth uninstalling the app, restarting your 'phone and downloading the latest version of he app.
It probably will not solve your problem, but it just might - so it is worth a try. 👍
