Hi all,
I have just signed up to a new VM broadband deal and was told on the phone that after the order had been setup, I would be able to log into MyO2, go to Volt Benefits and activate my Volt upgrade to increase my broadband speed to the next level. I was told that in doing so, my 350 would be upgraded to 500 and I would receive a Hub 5, not a Hub 4 (I am specifically after the wifi6 functionality of the Hub 5).
I have just gone to Volt Benefits in the O2 app and it contains no such upgrade option, stating that I am currently not eligible for anything.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

O2 will apply Volt benefits to your account within 14 days
But for your broadband upgrade and new router you will have to arrange that with Virgimedia not O2
