Unable to see my order- locked account

I ordered a iPhone 15 today and I had a email confirmation and money taken. Then I received a text saying for me to press a link to see the progress. So I pressed it where then I had to answer the last 4 digits of my bank and my postcode. For some reason it kept being wrong which then made my account locked. I failed to log in for a while after that. Then I tried to log in via Internet browser. It worked and now it shows I got no orders on my account when I press the link and try to sign in that way it says that we can't find thus page your after because ..typo or been moved, or deleted. I'm very worried because it was said if was coming tomorrow but I'm unsure why I can't find my order anywhere

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
