Topped up £10 and it got deducted and replaced with a £10 recurring big bundle?

I needed to get hold of someone the other day but I don’t have a data plan. So I topped up my phone to £10 credit like usual, only to be greeted 10 hours later that the £10 had been deducted from my account and instead had been signed up to a recurring £10 big bundle. I really don’t understand and would love if someone could help. Thanks

Tariff changes shouldn't happen without your knowledge.

You'll need to call customer service on 4445 to check what's happened.

I doubt you will be able to go back to your previous tariff now

I keep getting messages for my Classic P&G but I just ignore them

Hope they don't think of changing mine or giffgaff here I come
