This is usually a fault with the charging port.
Try carefully cleaning out any debris with a cocktail stick or similar.
If that doesn't fix it, you have warranty so you can send to O2 for repair https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-faults-and-repairs-policy
or contact Samsung directly https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
