I have been charged through O2 for something I had cancelled with Apple. I have a credit note from Apple. How do I get the charge taken off my O2 bill?

If apple have issued a credit note to you direct then they arent and o2 arent refunding anything to your bill. As Apple have refunded you directly, so that credit note can be redeemed in the App Store, just check with Apple Direct.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You need to make sure Apple have cancelled whatever they were charging you for too.
