I need to get a proof of usage document from O2, which needs to be sent directly to the insurance company.
It needs to include:
1. Your name and address
2. Make and model of the device
3. Serial number (IMEI number if a mobile phone)
4. Date of purchase
5. Date of first usage
6. Date of last usage
I therefore need O2 to compile the document and send it - they haven't just accepted a bill or anything from My02.
How can I get in touch with someone to do this without any available access to a member of staff?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
