Hi I’m really unhappy with the service I have received, I called up on Monday afternoon as my bill was over due and I made a promise to pay for Saturday 20th august I will pay the full amount and someone from O2 agreed that, that would be ok and my services won’t be restricted however my phone has been switched off and I can’t use phone or make any ohone calls

To get reconnected you need to speak to payment management.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
