Did your phone roam onto an Albanian or Turksish network at all (you can find out by going to myo2) as these countries are not part of the EU and as such you are correctly charged for using your phone.
For Greece it is advisable to manually select a Greek Network, rather than let your phone automatically connect to the strongest network, which may not be a Greek network.
