I can't get into the My O2 app, and I've tried everyting suggested to me. I've messaged on O2 Facebook, but getting a reply, takes ages. Also, when I logged in first time to set a new password, it said I would get a confirmation code, which didn't happen. I am also getting a delay, on text messages, which leads me to think, I have a network problem too. I know I had a similar problem years ago, and I was talked through how to change some settings, and all my text messages appeared, but can't for the life of me, think what they told me to do, so if anyone has any ideas, I'd be grateful. I missed some important texts yesterday, which didn't come through until after midnight.

Text help here Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received)

For the MyO2 issue, you really do need to speak to O2.

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
