Hello!
I have recently joined O2 from Vodafone and transferred my number over.
this appears to have worked however it is still displaying the original number that I was given by O2 in the My O2 app, does anyone know how to change this?

It will automatically update usually within 96 hours to your correct number, although sometimes it will be your next billing cycle

It should update as soon as your number ports.
If checking in the app, log out and back in again.
If it doesn't change within 24 hours, call O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
