I have had this a few times now, I'm reading the O2 Community and then click on the "My O2" link at the top of the screen. The resulting page then keeps flashing "This page isn't working" with an error "too many redirects".
Using Windows 10 / Microsoft Edge.

Glad it helps, @dgilbert2 - I spent a while battling this, I need my VAT Invoice every month, it only took a year for that to be sorted, I was hanged if I'd let a web-site misconfiguration prevent me from getting access to them!
