I get that message when i try to log in and my account is over a week old.
My sim has also not arrived.

You may not have passed the credit checks as the MyO2 is set up when the account is approved.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
