I can't check my mobile data or other usage in the app or the my o2 website, it says the o2 app is unavailable in my area (I have used it previously) and tells me to use the my o2 website which also doesn't show anything but tells me my device is already registered.
The virtual assistant does not help and recommends speaking to an expert using the my o2 app which is what is unavailable in the first place.

You need to contact O2 to fix the issue they have created for almost everyone.
