My o2 app wont let me log in and it’s been way over 48hours. More like 2 weeks. I’m on holiday and just wanna see what’s going on with my plan after I was switched from virgin to O2 without anyone telling me as I’m on holiday and have no idea if I’m going to be charged or what! I’m not even sure what I’m “posting” this on - I was trying to have a virtual chat to sort out my log in!!

@Nyah All Virgin Mobile customers are being moved to O2. Download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype to call the O2 freephone customer service numbers on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402.
