Hello, I’m a new customer.
I signed up to a pay monthly sim and recently my number was successfully ported in.
Everything works except for the My O2 app: loads fine over Wi-Fi, but won’t work over the O2 4G network (other apps and websites work fine).
My O2 website works fine over both Wi-Fi and 4G.
Is anyone experiencing the same?

If you have an iPhone, make sure the MyO2 app has permission to use data.
Otherwise, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
