My monthly charge on *********** has increased from £6 to £7.82, which is an increase of 30.33 percent. When I agreed my SIM only contract I stated Sky had offered me a contract at £6 p.m. & was told O2 would match that. My new charge should represent an increase of under 10 percent on £6 p.m. & I require this manifest error to be corrected.
