Also you should have received an e-mail with the new account details for your MyO2 account at around the time you were migrated - check your Spam or Junk folder, just in case. Otherwise, @Enlli's advice above stands. Good luck @alyasiri78.

If you are struggling to log in on the app, if it often resolved if you uninstall the app, restart your handset and reinstall the app.
