Hi I have had my o2 pay monthly contact since June, my o2 app isn't letting me log in I've changed the password and deleted and reinstalled the app

Probably being changed to the new system.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
