Where to find last activity? Trying to avoid PAYG sim becoming inactive and to do so I need to know when a last paid activity was so i can keep making a chargeable activity every 6 months.

I would have thought it would show in the call or text history @Awesome ?

If not, you would either need to contact o2 customer services or incur another charge and note it down as today...

Due to work reasons, I regularly swap out my sims so call and text history are muddled with other numbers.

hence, any other way?

I think the idea of putting the SIM in and making a call, then putting the next date down in your diary seems the easiest solution.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
