I need to block calls from private numbers as I have been receiving abusive calls. I don't want to change my number

You should be able to do this in settings

Open the call app and look there for the option to block unknown numbers

@Wendy4 Bear in mind that most doctor's surgeries and hospitals call using anonymous numbers, so you would be blocking them too.

Edit: You should also inform the police about these calls.
