I can’t access MyO2 as my phone number is associated with another account.

I’m pretty sure the other account is an account with a randomly generated o2 email address that I was assigned but never used.

@ConorLamb , I got exactly the same situation, and customer support is also clueless. Did you find the solution finally ?

It is unlikely that @ConorLamb will respond to you as you have reopened a thread that was last active ten months' ago ! 

 

If you have got exactly the same problem, the advice that @Cleoriff gave last year is still applicable. I suggest that you :-

 

1. try to access MyO2 online at https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

 

2. try accessing MyO2 via the app, but first delete the app, restart your 'phone and reinstall the latest version of the app. 

 

3. follow @Cleoriff's guidance to contact O2. 

 

You will appreciate that this is a customer to customer community, not O2, and hence we cannot access customer accounts.
