How can I add another device to my o2 account

I already have a my o2 account for my teenage daughter's phone which is in my name. I have now taken an o2 contract for my own phone but can't figure out how to add it to the same account. The only option seems to be 'bring in other products' but it won't let me use the same e-mail address. I definitely did this before a few years ago. It seems to be impossible to get the webchat option to ask o2. Can anyone help please?

@LouiseL

You would have been given a temporary password to use with the email address you used to buy your second contract to login to your MyO2 for that new account.

You need to use those details and change your password first, then use the bring in other products option to merge the 2 accounts.

If you didn't get a temp. password, you need to call O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @LouiseL , please do let us know how you're getting on with your O2 account and if you've made any progress with this since you last posted? slight_smile Hopefully the above advice from @MI5 helped you out with some next steps.
