Ordered new pixel 9 pro 10 days ago. Order status says "processing". Contacted O2 numerous occasions to be told it's coming and nothing to worry about. Tonight I spoke to someone who told me they are out of stock for the foreseeable future. I don't like being lied too especially as I have been an O2 customer for 15 years. I'm now going to cancel. The order and go to another network.

You can cancel and get the phone from a reseller and remain with O2, @Shaun105 -  mobilephonesdirect is one.

Also do get some PAYG Sims from other networks to test how their actual coverage is in places you frequent.

I'm having the same issue, ordered on the 4th May, delivery date was supposed to be the 7th May. Now when I ordered it did say delivery could be up to 2 weeks. I have contacted CS three times (only because the delivery date was given as the 7th) to question the delivery date. 1st time ( 8th) told I should get an email within 24 hours but I didn't, 2nd time (14th) told I would have to wait a further 3-5 business working days for a response. 3rd time today (15th) to be told I will need to wait for a response from the "back office" team.

I have no issues with a delay as I was expecting it however, if the website initially said up to 2 weeks delivery that is the response I should have gotten on the 8th when I enquired. As the phone has been out of stock on their website for several days now, the response on the 14th should have been to that effect and again today (the 15th).

If they have delivery or supply issues for a specific phone then all of the CS Team should know this, there clearly are supply issues yet no one I have spoken to have admitted to this. I have been an O2 customer for well over 20yrs. I would expect better from them.

Not sure why they have supply issues, seems to be plenty around.

O2 don't seem keen having a live stock situation.

Bought my Pixel 9 Pro from another network. Ordered 9pm and delivered before 1pm the following day.

Quite frankly I would never buy a phone off O2. Too many stories like yours

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Exactly same issues. I finally got through to someone really helpful today and he told me there was no stock and no deliveries due. He told me that was very unusual as there is always a due date date for stock even if it's weeks away but for the Pixel Pro 256GB there are no dates or timescale for stock whatsoever. I have now cancelled my order. Im annoyed that the kept telling me it would arrive in 2 days when they knew dam will it was out of stock. 

It was such a good deal too... No other network comes close on tariff and phone deal.

That might or might not be the case. As @Enlli has said, we understand that O2 do not have a live stock system so whether or not a particular 'phone is in stock is something of a guess. 👍

My phone arrived this morning. Collected at 01:30 this morning by DPD, arrived at local depot 07:15 and delivered at 11am

Not sure if it was just luck or the conversation with Customer Care yesterday afternoon and evening that did it. Either way I finally got my Pixel 9 Pro 256gb
