Hi can anyone help. I reported a scam thru email provided on my o2 account given regarding fraud. I even spoke to customer service on phone before to check my account was safe. I was told my account not been affected and all ok. So i contacted fraud over email just to be sure. I received a email from a scammer regarding my information that I asked for. How did they know this when went through correct procedure. Im so upset as my account and emails now affected. Dont know who i can now trust as getting scammed with whatever i do

Can't wait to see where "further" you think you can take this or what you think you can gain from it.

Bye 🙄

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@Anonymous

The clue is in the name - "O2 Community".

Nobody on here works for O2 - everyone is a customer, albeit some are very knowledgeable customers.

Your original problem, the reason why you posted, has now got lost in the "noise". Did you follow the advice given to you by @MI5 on Friday and do you require any more help ?
