I had to work from home and used up my data. on two phones I have both on family plan. The cheapest way to get more data was to change my tariff which has put my bill up £15 per month. I Ican not contact anyone from O2 to get these numbers back on family plan. I think it is poor that there is no way of contacting O2 with queries meanwhile they are leaving customers with problems that no one can help with unless they want to buy more products. Is there any way of adding numbers to family plan without speaking to someone? TIA Gill

Hi @Beany10

There are ways to contact O2

There are numerous numbers in this guide. Choose any or all. Press any option (even fraud) to get you through. They will deal with your query.

Best of luck.

If all you did was change tariff, your family plan won't be effected.

If you upgraded, you need to register your numbers again by text https://www.o2.co.uk/family-plan

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
